Natural Pain Management

Hi everyone!  It's been a few years since my last video and a lot has happened since then.  I have been on a new journey to healing.  Instead of putting band-aids on my pain like I used to for so many years, I decided four years ago to heal my whole self - body, mind, and spirit.  So I started seeing a naturopath and got my entire medical team on board and decided to not rely on prescription medications anymore.

I wanted to share with you some of the products, treatments, and devices I use to manage my chronic pain.  I do not take any preventive prescription medications for chronic migraine or fibromyalgia and I do not use any prescription pain medication for the spinal stenosis and degenerative facet joint disease in my lower back (L3-L4).  I was asked to make a video about the things I use on a daily basis to manage my chronic pain, so here they are!  I have posted links to the products that I mention below.

As with anything related to your healthcare, consult your physician before starting a new OTC pain reliever, vitamin or supplement as they can interact adversely with your current medication.  Do not take any statement made by myself as medical advice.  I am only sharing what works for me and is solely my opinion based on my chronic pain conditions and experiences.
