#MHAMBC Day 1 - Favorite Hope Quote

What's your favorite quote about hope, and how does it apply to your Headaches or Migraines?

My favorite quote about hope is "Hope is important because it can make the present moment less difficult to bear.  If we believe that tomorrow will be better, we can bear a hardship today." by Thich Nhat Hanh.  This particular quote I feel resonates with what a life and journey with Migraine is at it's core.  What keeps myself going despite having an ever present, demanding and draining disease is the hope that tomorrow will be better.  Although I experience pain almost on a daily basis, it is the hope that the next day will be better that sees me through it.  It is extremely easy to get sucked into feelings of despair and despondency when your body is trying its hardest is knock you on your feet.  But like all pain, it doesn't last always.  Keeping a positive outlook about the future of migraine research and eventually finding a cure fuels my drive to stay hopeful.
