RetreatMigraine: Registration Details

CHAMP is grateful for the overwhelming excitement about RetreatMigraine. Due to the volume of interest, we are pushing the registration period to January 4-7, 2019. Registration will open at 10:00am ET on Friday, January 4, 2019 and close at 9:00pm ET on Monday, January 7, 2019.

We will be conducting the registration process via a lottery. We believe this approach will be more equitable than "first come, first serve" as we recognize we are serving a community of people who may be experiencing a migraine attack when registration opens. We want to give everyone a chance to attend, but space is unfortunately limited.

If, on January 7th, we have more registrants than space, we will enter everyone's name into a drawing. Those that receive a spot will be sent an email with a link to complete their registration (including payment at that time). Those that do not receive a spot will be placed on a wait list in the order that they are drawn. Individuals will be notified via email of their place on the waitlist and will be informed if a space opens. If we are not at full capacity after the initial registration window, the remaining open slots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

The registration fees will be as follows:


Migraine Patient (double occupancy) - $100 per person

Migraine Caregiver (double occupancy) - $200 per person

Migraine Patient (single occupancy) - $300 per person

After individuals are notified of their registration status, they may request a specific roommate who has also registered for the retreat.

Registration for the retreat will include two nights of lodging at the event hotel, transportation to and from the airport*, all meals, and all experiences** in the RetreatMigraine program.

Registrations will not be transferable. Refunds will be offered if you cancel at least 30 days prior to the event.

Travel scholarships will be available and the application for these will be part of the registration process.

*Airport transportation will be available for times when we anticipate most guests will be arriving and departing. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate those arriving outside of these times. 

**There will be limited times for the salt cave and mini massage sessions, but we plan to accommodate as many attendees as possible.
