The Migraine Diva and the Coalition For Headache And Migraine Patients (CHAMP) are asking for your help with a very important survey. We need your input to better understand the experiences people with headache diseases have had with their health care providers, treatments, and insurance providers. Your responses to this survey are vitally important - they will help us to advance research and will be utilized in our community's efforts to advocate for access to appropriate care and therapies.
